Report Cards

Report Cards

Report Card Marking Day is Friday, December 2.  Students will not be in school on that day.

Report cards this year are available on ParentVUE .  If you need assistance gaining access to ParentVUE please contact Amy Titus.

Report cards will be posted on ParentVUE by 4:00 p. m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

Report cards are a communication tool to inform parents/guardians of progress and to provide a means for discussion at home.  Click here for questions that you may want to use with your child to discuss the report card.  Report cards should be used as a means to encourage growth rather than a student is doing ‘good’ or ‘bad’.

Five Ways to Support Learning at Home

  1. Read – Read to your child or have them read every day at home.
  2. Eat – Eat together as a family without television or cell phones.
  3. Sleep – Elementary age students need 9 – 11 hours of sleep every day.
  4. Exercise – Students need 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity/exercise every day.
  5. Technology – Limit and supervise technology.

Math Facts

Students are working to increase their math fact speed. The goal is for students to be able to correctly answer an additional 10 math facts on a three-minute test every month.  Students are working on the following facts:

  • 1st grade will be working on addition facts
  • 2nd grade is working on addition and subtraction facts
  • 3rd grade is working on addition and subtraction facts and will move to multiplication facts mid-year.
  • 4th and 5th grades are working on multiplication facts up through the 9’s.
