Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!

Celebrating Dr. Seuss Week is a tremendous way to celebrate Black History Month by highlighting Former President Barak Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, who encouraged kids to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday by reading.

Theodore Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, was a writer of many children’s stories. He dedicated his life to writing books for the enjoyment of children. He would have celebrated his 120th birthday on March 2, 2024. In honor of his birthday, Park Brook will be having a weeklong celebration from February 26 - March 1. Feel free to participate if you choose to.
